Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wallpapers
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 has a 7.6" main display (2448×1848) and a 5.5" cover screen (1248×1972). A foldable needs more than one wallpaper: the main display and the cover screen have different aspect ratios, so a single 16:9 image fits neither.
Wallpaper sizes per screen — downloads come pre-sized, no cropping needed:
- Main Screen
- 7.6" · 2448 × 1848 · 4:3
- Cover Screen
- 5.5" · 1248 × 1972 · 10:16
The hinge crosses the main screen down the middle — that's why the main screen and the cover screen each get their own set of wallpapers.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 main display is 2448×1848; the Apple iPhone Duo main display is 2670×1878 — the two devices need separate wallpaper sets. See the iPhone Duo wallpapers.

How to set wallpapers on the Galaxy Z Fold 8
Each screen keeps its own wallpaper — but only if Cover screen mirroring is off. It comes turned ON, and while it is on the cover screen just copies whatever you set on the main screen.
- Turn mirroring off first: Settings → Home screen → Cover screen mirroring → Off → Apply. Shortcut: pinch the home screen, then tap Settings.
- Main screen (phone unfolded): touch and hold an empty area, tap Wallpaper and style, then pick your image.
- Cover screen (phone folded): touch and hold an empty area of the cover screen, tap Wallpaper and style, then pick your image.
The two wallpapers save independently, and you can switch mirroring back on later without losing either layout. If the cover screen still shows the main screen image, check Settings → Home screen → Cover screen mirroring — it is still on.
